Ernie Tyler is the founding partner of TSS. Ernie specializes in automobile dealerships, wholesale distribution, and tax and estate planning. He is the coordinator of the Firm’s auto practice and executive committee. Ernie earned a Bachelor degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
W. Jay Simms, CPA, CITP

Jay joined the firm in 1988 and is one of the three founding partners of TSS. His primary expertise is in manufacturing and non-profit organizations with specializations in health care and independent schools. He is the coordinator of the Firm’s nonprofit practice and executive committee. Jay received his Bachelor’s degree from Clarkson College.

David has been with Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur since 1988 and is one of the three founding partners of TSS. David specializes in personal and business taxation. He is the coordinator of the Firm‘s tax practice and executive committee. David received his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

Jim has been with Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur since 1996. Jim is a partner whose focus lies primarily in the automotive industry, nonprofit organizations and other closely-held companies. Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.

Ginny has been with Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur since 1997. She is a partner here at TSS and specializes in personal and business income taxes and valuations. Ginny earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire shortly before coming to TSS.
Josh Gagne, CPA

Josh is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the class of 2004 from Plymouth State University. Josh got his degree in accounting with a minor in economics and started his career with TSS the July after his graduation. He is an integral part of our audit and accounting teams, a member of the AICPA, and NH Society of CPAs. Josh works in a variety of different industries including construction, not-for-profit, healthcare, manufacturing, and independent schools. He is a skilled handler of all the issues related to these fields.

Chris joined Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur in January of 2009 after a merger with his previous company, Bridgman, Valiante & Villard, where he was employed since 1998. Chris specializes in small business and taxes.Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.

Amber is a graduate of Bryant University, and has been a valued member of the TSS Audit and Accounting staff since her graduation in 2008. Amber actually started with TSS as a summer intern before graduating college—so clearly we did something right! Amber is a member of both the AICPA and NH Society of CPAs. She also serves as the Treasurer for Second Growth, a local non-profit that specializes in trying to reduce substance abuse and violence in adolescents. Amber, her husband Mark and their daughter Madison live in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
